A few days ago, one of the top managers of Xiaomi announced the cancellation of the release of the Mi Mix 4 smartphone. But, as it turned out, his statement was premature – an official rebuttal appeared on the network about the delay in the release of the new flagship of the brand.

In his new post on Weibo, Edward Bishop said that he was "misunderstood" – he just wanted to say that he would not comment on rumors about the smartphone’s release, since it had not yet been presented. According to him, "Mi Mix 4 exists." Earlier it was reported that one of the Chinese companies filed a lawsuit, claiming the Mix trademark – it is possible that this caused a delay in the announcement of the device.

According to rumors, Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 will be equipped with a frameless display with a refresh rate of 90 Hz, a retractable selfie module, a 108-megapixel main camera, a Snapdragon 855 Plus processor, 12 GB of RAM and a 1 TB drive. The smartphone is also credited with a battery capacity of 4500 mAh with support for fast charging power of 40 watts.

Xiaomi denied rumors about the cancellation of the release of Mi Mix 4

The announcement date and price of a future new product by the manufacturer have not been announced.
